The scene is set in a street and the Jets meet the Sharks:

-What are you doing in our street ? Lousy chicken!
-Your street, are you kidding ? It's ours !!
-We were here first, stinking filth !
-Shut your trap/mouth !!
-Do you want to fight ? Let's have a rumble.
-Whatever you want ! Anyway we are stronger than you, so we are going to win.
-You wish ! What about weapons ?
-What do you prefer, fists, knives or guns ?
-If you are so strong, let's have a fist fight !
-Where ?
-We chose the weapon, you choose the place.
-Under the Brooklyn Bridge.
-At what time ?
-Midnight of course and the losers lose their territory, the winner takes it all.
