ANTaR means Australians For Native Title and Reconciliation

ANTaR is an organization which helps Australians
to get:

* justice for Indigenous peoples

* the right to be themselves, to enjoy their cultures, languages, laws and traditions

* to have their rights to land and cultural heritage
respected and protected.

If you think that ANTaR is a good organization and you want to help Indigenous peoples get reconciliation you can add your voice.
About 300000 Australians have signed their names on one of 120000 plastic hands that make up the Sea of Hands, to show their support for Native Title and Reconciliation.

ANTaR is a non-governmental organization helping not for money, but working for
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The Indigenous flag was officially adopted on July 14th, 1995 , but it was used since July 12th, 1971,the year during which the aboriginal artist Harold Thomas drew it.
